Attorney Vasil Yakovchev is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance law, real estate, sports law, and tax law. He is dedicated to delivering comprehensive legal support across all stages of the investment process, particularly in the real estate sector. His practice includes advising both creditors and borrowers on complex financial transactions involving property assets. Over the course of his career, Attorney Vasil Yakovchev has played a key role in numerous projects involving corporate restructuring, project financing, and foreign investment. He brings strong expertise in legal research, contract drafting, and client representation across a wide range of legal matters. He also advises clients on tax planning and strategy, as well as the resolution of tax disputes. In addition to his legal work, Vasil Yakovchev is part of the Dubai Duty Free team responsible for organizing the Sofia Open 250 tennis tournament, an official ATP Tour event.

Antonia Pehlivanova holds a Master of Laws degree from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
She has practical experience in the field of commercial law and insolvency proceedings, having been involved in legal matters related to the operation and management of legal entities. She subsequently gained experience at a law firm specializing in legal services for the transport sector, where she participated in the handling of a wide range of legal issues in a dynamic professional environment. Her professional interests are focused on commercial, contract, property and construction law, as well as administrative penal law.
Alongside her professional activity, she participates in various initiatives and organizations aimed at developing her practical skills and further developing her professional qualities.
In her work, she is guided by the principles of trust, responsibility, precision and professionalism, striving to deliver clear and practically applicable legal solutions tailored to the client’s interests.
